This traditional Distilled Gin is strongly based on the classic London Dry style and shows, in addition to the balanced juniper note, many fresh botanicals such as basil, lemon, lime and ginger. In order to make these fresh ingredients shine particularly brightly, our distillers use the steam extraction process. The hand-peeled and dried citrus peels are not steeped in alcohol, but only hung in an aroma basket in the rising alcohol vapor. This gently extracts the citrus aromas, resulting in a particularly intense flavor. Before bottling, we store this premium gin with its 45 ingredients for 6-12 months in clay amphorae. Here the gin can breathe and has time to sort and harmonize its aromas.

Nose: fresh-fruity, many refreshing botanicals, basil, ginger, lemon, lime, tea

Taste: soft and mild, invigorating acidity, taste explosion with herbal nuances

Finish: lots of coriander and cardamom, mace, fresh overall impression with many citrus nuances
