Our extraordinary Vodka

This vodka is extraordinary in every respect. Instead of the usual reliance on inexpensive potatoes, it is based on a sophisticated blend of malted barley and wheat. Malted barley is significantly fruitier than wheat or potatoes and gives the vodka its elegant fruitiness. Malting also creates aromas of bread crust, coffee, and subtle roasted notes.

The wheat primarily provides harmony and a special smoothness that makes this vodka so pleasantly approachable. After triple distillation, the vodka is chilled to -18 °C and gently filtered over activated charcoal. The result is a vodka with character – clear, smooth, yet untamed in flavor.

Nose: intense notes of chocolate and coffee, neutral and soft, wheat and intestinal malt

Palate: buttery smooth, full of character with nuances of freshly baked bread, bread crust

Finish: black pepper and fresh lime dominate the crystal-clear, mild finish
