Authenticity check of customer reviews

All consumer reviews displayed on our product pages are checked for authenticity before publication. This ensures that only reviews from customers who have actually purchased or used the respective product are published.

The check is carried out manually by comparing the submitted review and the specified order number with the order history in our merchandise management system. Only after successful confirmation of a previous purchase is the review released.
