For this premium whisky, we use our own summer barley, which is dried over a peat fire. The Status 6® Whisky is a fruity delight, incredibly mild and smooth. This single malt whisky is distilled from purified mash, and after double distillation in our handcrafted whisky distillery, it matures for 8 years in three different casks. The Pedro Ximénez sherry cask stands out as particularly characteristic, imparting intense sweetness and aroma. The casks are imported directly from Jerez de la Frontera and refilled with our Status 6® Whisky just a few days after being emptied. This process gives it its special nuances. This exceptional whisky has received multiple awards and was named Germany's best whisky in 2019 (ISW).
